Privacy policy
What we keep for your account, how AI features use it, how long temporary
results last, and what you can control. Free and Pro use the same privacy and retention rules.
What we collect
We keep the account you create, the applications and notes you track, your
profile, and resumes you upload so you can reuse them and re-run matches.
If you join Network, we also keep your Network profile, connections, and
activity such as posts and messages.
When you use the Chrome extension on a job listing you are viewing, it can
read fields from that page (title, company, location, salary, employment
type, work arrangement, description, and URL) so you can save or match the
role without retyping. Those fields are sent to Cawibble only when you save
or run a match while signed in. We do not sell listing data or use it for
advertising.
How AI features use your data
Match scoring, resume import, and reviews send only the resume and job text
needed for that feature to our AI provider. We do not train models on your data.
We choose providers that commit not to train on what you submit and that limit
how long they keep that text when they offer that option.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect forms,
remember theme and display preferences, and run the Chrome extension.
We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
The Chrome extension stores a temporary login and preferences on your device.
Disconnecting the extension ends that session; your website login stays
separate until you sign out there.
Use of information handled by the extension for saving and matching jobs
adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use
requirements.
How long we keep pipeline and AI results
Your applications, notes, profile, resumes, and Career Map stay until you delete them or your account.
We clear temporary AI and history items on a schedule:
- Detailed match notes and unused matches after 14 days
- Profile and Career Map change history after 14 days
- Job, Deep, Interview, and Rejection reviews after 30 days
- Archived matches and archived pipeline jobs after 30 days
Fast Match and Deep Match scores on an active job stay with that job.
Career Intelligence history shows the last 30 days.
You can archive something, then delete it yourself sooner.
Run a match or review again anytime you need a fresh result.
How long we keep Network activity
Leaving Network hides your Network profile from others; it does not delete your Network data.
Your profile and connections stay so you can rejoin. For account deletion details,
see Your rights.
Activity that grows over time is removed on a schedule:
- Notifications after 60 days. Clearing notifications removes them permanently.
- Direct messages after 90 days
- Posts, comments, and reactions after 180 days
Payments
Paid plans are billed through a payment partner. We never see or store your card
details. We only keep your plan, status, renewal date, and a reference so we can manage your billing.
Your rights
- Review and update your information. Manage your career information
in Profile and your account details
and Network profile in Account settings.
- Export your applications. Select Export on the
Applications page to download
a CSV file containing your application records only.
- Delete your account. Select Delete Account in Account settings
and complete the confirmation steps. You may be asked to verify your identity.
Account deletion is permanent. Export any application
records you want to keep before proceeding.
Account deletion removes your profile, resumes, applications, match results,
Career Map, and Cawibble plan record. It also removes your Network profile,
connections, posts, comments, and reactions. The content of messages you sent
is replaced with a notice that the message is no longer available; conversation
records may remain. Some moderation records also remain, with your account
reference removed.
After you delete your account, backups may keep a copy for a short time.
