Cawibble
These terms govern your use of Cawibble. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Cawibble helps you save job listings, track applications, match roles to your profile and resume, run AI reviews, plan career moves, and optionally join a peer Network. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account. Do not share credentials or try to access someone else's account.
Free includes application tracking, extension save, light AI matching within Free limits, and optional Network. Pro adds higher AI and pipeline capacity, deeper reviews, Career Map, and related Pro features described on Pricing. Exact allowances appear in your account after signup and can change with notice in the product.
Unused AI credits and Fast Match capacity do not roll over after a billing period resets.
Pro is a paid plan with higher limits, described on Pricing. Self-serve card checkout is not available yet. During this period, Cawibble may grant Pro to an account without a card payment. We never ask you to send card details to Cawibble.
If you have questions about your plan, use Help and Feedback in the app or Contact. We will update this section before offering paid checkout, including the payment partner, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Nothing here excludes rights you cannot legally waive where you live.
Match scores, reviews, imports, and related AI output are tools to help you decide. They are not promises of interviews, offers, or employment. You decide what to apply for and how to present yourself. Always check important facts yourself.
You are responsible for the resumes, job text, and other content you upload or paste. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Network is optional and for peer support among job seekers. When you use Network, you agree not to:
We may remove content, hide your Network profile, restrict Network features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Leaving Network hides your profile from others; it does not delete your Network data. Account deletion removes Network data as described in the privacy policy.
You keep ownership of resumes, notes, applications, and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run Cawibble for you (including AI features you use and Network posts you choose to share).
Cawibble, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, remains ours or our licensors'. These terms do not transfer ownership of our product to you.
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may change, pause, or end. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material billing changes will be described in the product or by email when practical.
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, create risk for others, or abuse the service. You may delete your account anytime from settings. Deletion follows the privacy policy.
Cawibble is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will meet every need or be error-free. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or losses from relying only on AI output.
Where the law where you live does not allow us to exclude or limit liability, those rules still apply. Where a limit is allowed, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
